Workshop list

The form saves your first name, email address and phone number so Coach Russ can manage interest in the next Method workshop. It also saves your signup time, consent choice and campaign labels from the link you used. A signup joins the workshop list. It does not reserve a seat in a scheduled event or create a purchase.

Email choice

Submitting requests workshop details. The separate, optional checkbox gives permission for automation tips and Method offers. Leaving it unchecked does not stop you joining the workshop list. No promotional message is sent by this website. Email delivery needs a separate connection before reminders or campaigns can run.

Phone number

Your phone number is saved with your workshop signup. This form does not send text messages or place calls. The optional marketing checkbox applies to email only and does not sign you up for promotional texts.

Storage and access

Signup records are stored in the website's hosted database. They are not displayed to other visitors. This website does not collect payment card details or set advertising pixels.

Changes and removal

To correct your details, withdraw your request or ask for deletion, contact Coach Russ through Instagram @russ_b1. Future marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option.

Offers

The Starter Kit is shown as a preview. No purchase or payment is processed on this website. The Method membership link opens Skool, where current membership terms, recurring pricing and payment handling are shown. Separate software may cost extra. Education and automation do not guarantee earnings or sales.
